Question for Bowyer's; want to ebonized  maple limb . Whether there is an obstacle in the bonding epoxy resin? Will be successfully bonded after ebonized ?

Not sure what ebonized is...

ebonized is a process that darkens the wood.

From a cabinet maker ebonizing process does not cover up the grain so you should not have a problem. If you are using amonia. I would test a piece to make sure the amonia does not react with the epoxy.
