Posted this in the classifieds and thought I'd bring it over here also.

I'm looking to buy scraps of osage, hickory, laminated wood, bocote, whatever.

I'm looking for pieces at least 1.5" square and at least 2" long.

I'm starting to turn pens, calls and other projects.  Just looking for some stuff to practice on.  I'm willing to send some money, to be determined.

If you have anything you're able to part with let me know.  Thank you!

Do you have the means to prepare and glue up small/odd shaped pieces into the size/shape you need?

I can hook you up with ends off Osage staves. Some may be as much as 2 feet long and 4 or 5 inches wide. They would weigh around 5 pounds or more so the shipping could be a little high, maybe $15.00 - $20.00 would be my guess. I also can send you some Hickory in blocks bigger than what you need. But the more weight the more shipping will be.

Thanks Roy,

I sent you a P.M.
