. . . but I've finally gotten back on here.  I've been checking out everyone's work for the last couple days, and all I can say is, awesome!  There's so much good work on here!  I almost hate to ruin it by posting some of mine    :p

Anyway -- here's some of my latest bows.  It's been a while since I've made any because it's just too cold in my garage to do much of anything.  Well, here it goes.  These are all the same style bow, just different woods.

This one is Cinnamon Girl, my favorite.  (I'm a sucker for a redhead.)  She's paduk and maple handle with red cedar under clear glass on the limbs.



And here's Stella - she's the prototype for the new form.  Very simple and elegant with spalted maple and black glass with the walnut accent stripe through the handle.  Took a 10 pointer this year with her.



Don't have a name for this one yet.  What do you think?  It's purple heart and maple.  The limbs are purple heart on the back, figured maple on the belly.

Ha I have no idea why in the world you would think you would ruin it.  Great looking bows.  I like the design of the riser in the purple heart.

Well thanks guys!  I just see all the nice bows ya'll make here.  Then I look at mine and know exactly what I didn't do quite right, and it just bothers me, ya know?  But I suppose I'm happy enough with them.  They're sold (except for Stella - she's mine!), and I don't sell anything I wouldn't keep for myself.

Jessica, I like that!  I think that'll be her name then.

Kelly - sorry, I haven't done many lefties lately, but my brother wants another take-down, so I'll be making another one soon.  You'll have to fight him for it though
