Hide glue question

Once it is mixed, can it be reheated and used at a later date?

Yup. I store mine in an old bath salt jar in our freezer. I pop the top and microwave it until its liquid and warm. Then pour it in my crock and go to town. When Im done I dump the remainder back in the jar and freeze it again.

If its anything like fryer grease, it will only get better as more batches get mixed together. Some of mine is leftovers from three or four bows ago.
