Me too.  I like the titebond better.  More shock resistant.  Hand one pop with superglue when it slipped off my foot and hit the floor.  Was sanding on it and it slipped.  Antler popped right off.  Was a good glue joint too.  Used titebond iii from there on out.

I use the thin superglue and put a thin layer on the antler so that it soaks in the pores and let that dry.  Then I use gorilla superglue and haven't had any problems when I've done it that way.  Had a couple come off when I just glued them straight on with the gorilla stuff.

Im use super glue on most tip overlays but have also used TB glues with good resutls. The easiest way to clamp the overlays is to wrap them with a rubber band.

I also use supper glue and rubber bands.
Rubber bands let you fit just right and you don't have the alkward weight of a clamp hanging which is hard to get just right with a clamp.
RUBBER BANDS ARE JUST EASYER
