Stain,marks on black glass

I just picked up a bow and there seems to be some kind of stains or marks on the limbs the glass is black so they show up pretty good,how could i go about removing these?Thanks,Rich

Can you post some pictures?
The broadhead used, regardless of how sharp, is nowhere as important as being able to place it in the correct spot.
