Will storing smooth-on in an unheated shop make it go bad. Thanks, Don

Glunt

The maker recommends room temp.  I just glued up a bow with stuff that had been stored cold and it seemed normal.

I have used Smooth On that was in the shop over the winter and their was no heat in the shop.  I used it the following spring with no problems

I store mine in my air conditioned house in plastic bags. it gets really hot here in summer time.. winters arn't to cold  but it still can be in the 80's in december..so smooth on stays in the house all year long

Thanks guys, I put mine in the house, just in case. I was hoping it was still good. Don

I found a unit of smooth-on while cleaning the shop, unopened, had to be atleast 3 years old. Decided to use it and had no problems. If it had been an open can I probably would have dumped it.
