Now that should be some hunting trip.  Bet you come back with some real trophies.  Are you shopping for anything in particular?

Have a fun and safe trip Kenny.

Not a good deal, they wouldn't take my business check, even tho they did a couple years back.

Some telecheck computer thing said it didn't have enuff info on me, even tho I had the money in bank, wouldn't take it.

Folks at the desk said if telecheck says not to accept, they wont.

They declined to call my bank to see if it would cover(which it would, no prob)

They did tell me I could go find a bank and see if I could write a check for a cashiers check to them.

Not happenin, I ripped the check up and told them I would spend my money at Delta.  "[dntthnk]"

Wow that's crazy that they don't want your money enough to do the work to verify your funds. They won't stay in business long that way.

kenny word to the wise heck w grizzly ur bettr off goin with delta or jet i wont touch another jap made plastic grizzly brock
yep im a bowaholic,, elkaholic !!!

BigJim

I would normally agree Diamondback, except that most all the woodworking equipment weather it comes from delta, jet, Powermatic or Grizzly is all made overseas. My older Powermatic stuff is American, but the new powermatic stuff I have is asian. Jet comes from Powermatic and Delta is most definately asian.

A lot of the Grizzly stuff is just junk, but typically the lower end stuff. I had some problems with them too.
I do have a couple of Griz tools that are top notch though.

I can't find a Delta or Jet in what I want, widebelt.

I have nothin but good to say about the bandsaw, table saw, dust collection system etc.

My sander still works fine, just the lovejoy connection from motor to drum goes out about every 6 months!

I may have to crawl back in there with a cashiers check or a briefcase full of cash(if I knew where to get that!)
