Hey gangers....I have a 60 and a 50 # longbow I am going to make contiuous loop strings for.......what shud the strand count be?

Crazy, try 6, 8, or 10!

I have used all counts,myself, but prefer the 10!

Love 450p, have used it on my selfbows and glass bowsm too!

Built strings from it since it's induction from BCY in the '90s. Nothing but good comments from folks who shoot them!

I use 10

i usually use 10 or 12...

maybe thats why everyone i talk to thinks im crazy for shooting bare fingers...even in a foot of snow...i dont even notice it...

I use 12 strands with padded loops.

8's plenty for 450+
use something heavy[thick] to serve the ends
