Thanks guys....I've put it on hold for a few and I'm regrouping.   Been doing a bunch of reading and learning before I remove wood I cant replace!

I am grateful for the help!  I have a couple more of these, a ton of slats, an osage and hickory stave that have been 'curing' for a LONG time now, I have lots to practice on lol.   I just hate screwing up.  My first attempt came out more a really long  youth bow  :D   oops.
