Are you guys seeing the same?If so are you glueing it up and having no trouble with twist?  The brown is straight. NO complaints with the supplier. The glass is always replaced with exceptional speed.Don't remember having any issues with UL.

I've had the same issues, although not quite that bad.  No issues with twist.  It's been the last year.  I used to use one piece of glass to mark the center line on the other piece, but not anymore.  Chad

Thanks for the input Chad. I can make it work. Seemed to me I would be glueing a bit of twist by making the glass conform to the form laterally.

I went to a flexible straight edge for the centerline for the same reason.

See you at Denton this year?

Dang Paul, you get all the crooked stuff!

I'm wondering if they have some machinery issues on that.

I've had a bow or 2 where on the ends of limbs the glass was off to the side. Guess I know why now!

I only put fender washers to mid limb and kinda let the ends go where they want.
Stay sharp, Kenny.

I too keep my fender washers "loose" to let lams go where they want to.  My laminations look like your glass does usually as I cut them on the bandsaw.  My form is 1 1/2" and my limbs are 1 1/4" at the widest point so I have room to work with.  Chad

p.s. I'm going to be at Denton again.
