Not a lot of difference from what I gather. TB111 is supposed to be waterproof once it dries and maybe a little stronger. If your gluing on bamboo personally I would use urac-185.

Yes, any of the TB glues will work for a BBI bow.   TBIII is more waterproof than TBII but not as strong and with shorter working time. The last tube of glue I bought was TBII. I've been using TBIII for a few years now and thought I'd try the previous model again. So far so good! If you seal your bow well the glue's waterproofness or not shouldn't matter.

What about mixing the two together, than you have TBIII.5 a little more waterproof than TBII and a little stronger than TBIII ???

You don't need the waterproofing if you seal your bow well. Some folks use hide glue for gluing components. Hide glue is very hygroscopic and attracts moisture. If you can prevent the moisture from getting inside the joint, with a good finish, you should not have a problem.
As far as mixing the two, you better contact the TB people and ask their advise.
