Figured i'd post this here to see what you guys would recommend on this subject.Recently recieved a Black Widow PMA2 Graybark and the original owners name is wrote on the bow so i'm looking for ideas on either how to remove it or just covering it up with something,The last one i messed with ended up having a slight dish where i removed the name and i don't want to mess this one up,so any thoughts on this would be great.Thought about maybe trying to find some kind of flat ornate thingy and applying it over the name, anyhow thanks,Rich

Well if we are gonna go that route I hear 100mph tape can do just about anything.

I have tried acetone and doesn't work. Don't want to  sand. This was a BW so had them send me some decals to cover it up and don't like that either. Guess I will just leave it there.

I had a black widow with the orignal owners name  to remove it I used a fine grit sand paper lighty and when I got closer to the glass I used extra fine steel wool  and finish it with a flat finish.
