what do you do about blow back? i have experience with a pneumatic sprayer, i refinished some kitchen cabinets las summer, blow back was an issue for me. i didnt like it at all. how do you handle it? ruddy

The spray booth has a exhaust vent to the outside and does a pretty good job of pulling the fumes out, however I wear a respirator. After I am done I leave the exhaust vent on for a good 1/2 hour to hour.

What type of gear are you using to spray with.I handle overspray by using a smaller tip and turning down the pressure on my HVLP.

T Folts

I have a HVLP with a 1.0 tip. Specs call for 43 psi but I found I needed 50 to cut down on orange peel.
