What a difference it is using a stave!  Don't be too harsh on a rookie     :D     60" tip to tip.  59" NTN.  Pulling 55# at 28".  Its shagbark hickory.  I tried to make a "D" bow this time.  I think the tiller is almost there.  But now that I look at the picture, the left limb seems a little stiff and hinging towards the end

 

Looks cool.  I think I'd give it just a touch from just outside the handle to midlimb on the right.

very cool. i agree with john the right inside limb looks a little stiff. those bend through handles have a great curvature to them, im very fond of mine. if you dont have it already get stus dynamic spine calculator and mess with it until you get some measurements for arrows. my bend through handle bow was finicky until i tuned some arrows specifically for it and now it shoots great.

I'd shoot it a bunch then check tiller again. Looks pretty good but listen to these other guys.

That's funny Osagetree.  But no, it's not my wife's.  I'm 26 and living the bachelor life.  I thought about a wife, but I went and got something better that'll listen and won't nag me...a dog!

That really looks good Rainman. I really like these D bows since I made one.If you think you need to take some more wood off get yourself the gizzmo. It will tell where  these D bows need wood removed and where it doesn't. Dean
