First time seeing this.  That is an absolutely beautiful bow and the mosaic just tops it perfectly.

Glad you brought this back up two tracks... that is simply beautiful. I don't know who would be more proud; the owner or the creator?

Great idea. Beautiful detailing
You can purchase mosaic pins through most knife  making supply companies. Drill washer insert pin cut so you can rivet, file, sand then polish.

I love that whole package!  I saw some limb bolt washers similar to that  a while back and always wanted to try that in the brass finger guard on a knife. Those are awesome!!

I have not made the mosaic bezels but do make the pins for my knives and have a bow with mosaic index pins coming up. I do like your bezel very much, did you purchase the pins or make them?

stickmonkey,
The washers do not have pins in them like used in knife handles. They have holes in them that I put the brass shapes in and filled with colored epoxy then machined them. Same process as making a pin like used in a knife handle but not using a tube to do it.

stickmonkey

That is what I figured but did not want to steal your thunder as they look great! I make a stars and Masonic patterns and fill them the same way with colored epoxy.
