I have another question(please).
I have the binghams form pattern and if you use it that way the back of the limb goes down against the bottom form with the tip bending up, however I incorporated Kenny's form method using the router, made a template and took my time to get it as perfect as possible then traced out the pattern the only thing is now the belly of the bow will be down against the formica and the back will be against the pressure strip, tip pointing down. Does it really matter?

I had it backwards, In the binghams plans it has the belly down, the way my form came out it's the back down.

I think it wouldnt matter in a takedaown, am I correct?

Will your wedges fit on it that way? Usually the flat side is against the form.

I have no idea. I think I will have to change this around. I havent cut the form yet I just have it glued and screwed so I can remove some of the screws and work on the other part of the template to get it smoothed out and cut it the other way. then router it with the (female) portion of the template. Does this sound correct?
My form ended up 1/16" thicker than the 1.5"  I was shooting for, should I plane it to 1.5 so the lams cant slide on me?

I'd change it around- the flat side of the wedge being up (belly side)will cause you problems otherwise. That 1/16 of an inch can be taken off using a straight cutting router bit on one side of your form- see how the bottom of my form looks different- that's what I did to mine- I didn't worry about the top being a 1/16th wider.
