How about seeing some different methods you guys use to secure the lams from slipping or sliding when pressure is applied to the air hose.

Do you put something behind the washers to keep the glue off them?

I put a piece of handi-wrap on the form before I put the lams and riser on. Once I have the riser and lams on I tape them down and rotate the washers up- this puts the plastic wrap between  and the lams and the washers so they don't get glued to the bow. I then put another piece of handi-wrap on top to keep the glue off my hose.

I wax the washers and the glue will pop right off with a bit of pressure from a screw driver.  TO keep everything in place I use a bunch of tape, then rubber bands then the air hose.

I guess I use a lot of strapping tape, because on my longbows I tape every other inch. The tape was cheaper than the laminations sliding all over and ruining a project.
