I've been trying to make a recurve for a while, but have never been able to get it right. I've tried clamping strips of wood into position and using titebond, but the glue lines always turn out bad. I've tried steaming and clamping it, but the limbs always turn out different. Please help

You may have one,but a form is needed to apply consistent pressure to the lams in the shape you want.  Glass bow or all wood?

the bow is all wood and I was using a form with squeeze clamps and c-clamps to aplly pressure

Pictures of your setup would help. Kenny is right on, you have to apply pressure evenly. Also the joints have to be near perfect for Titebond, urac may be a better choice of glues.
