C'mon guys! Start making more bows! I check here almost everyday just to look at the photos. I really enjoy looking at what you guys make.

As for selfbows, the season is over for most. Most will make bows when the humidity is low, to keep the moisture in the wood down. In my climate I can build all year but, this time of year is too dang hot.

I live in north central Florida and its very humid most of the time. I bought a used dehumidifier and built a 8 ft x 12 ft room in my shop just to glue up and spray finish in. I can pull more than a gallon of water out of the air with the door shut every 6-8 hours, I built a filter and exaust system for this room to bring in airconditioned air during glue ups. I just need to take and post some pics of my builds.

I've got a D bow finished except for a leather wrap on the handle.  We are having a house built, so the bow is on the back burner.  Hopefully I can finish it soon and post it.

I'll be posting more pics soon...

awaiting the results of Kenny core test then I will start making more bows.

Shawn,I've spent  10 min typin twice on that only to have my computer kick me off the net and lose it......

Bottom line is I found N0 diff in a-boo and maple!! Weight or speed! I'll try to get that on tomorrow.........

Colt- I have two ready to sand,but they look almost exactly alike!!
