Well, it should of been called 1084 and curly maple but things don't always turn out like you plan.
 I have never made a larger knife like this before and I sure made my share of mistakes but I am happy with the all together turn out.

Great job-and don't worry...you're not alone on things not going quite to plan... I've wasted and/or messed up materials and equipment all along the way. I like to call them learning experiences   .
