Do any of you guys know if anyone makes a two bladed trapper with locking blades? Not sure if they exist as I've never seen one but I thought someone on here might know a source. Thanks, Greg

Not certain about a two blade, I have a single blade one that I got from a farm supply store case that has a brass liner lock. I imagine a two blade could be made the same way, not sure I've seen a custom done that way, though.  Good luck

I have never seen one that I recall. Great Eastern Cutlery makes a fantastic single blade liner lock. The two blades are slipjoints. The #73 is the one I am talking about.

I recently bought a #72 for my son. The #72 is just a little bigger. The backsprings are pretty stout and the knife has solid halfstops. So if a fellow just used it with the fact in mind that there are no locks I don't see it being issue.  GEC makes about the best production slipjoints in my oppinion.

If you find what your looking for let us know.
