I am currently working on a series of featherweight knives to be introduced at next year's Oregon Knife Show - for lack of better imagination I am calling these as "White" series since they will all have ivory colored G10 phenolic resin/fiberglass composite material for the handle. They are hidden half-tang design with .125" to .140" thick 3" to 3 1/2" long D2 tool steel blade hardened to 60-61 Rockwell C. Total knife weight with sheath is 5.5 oz maximum.

Rough country,
You must bow hunt the same type of terrain as I do, so you know what it is to be as "light" as possible when you're stalking the critters up-and-down the mountains.

Very nice.  The red liner adds a nice touch.

My kind of knife. Very clean and slick looking.

The older I get the more I look for ways to drop un needed weight or bulk. Those blades are right there for size and are still tough enough to double for a survival tool if needed.

Those are beautiful Mike, I hope I get to check them out at the show!

Ben,
I'm looking forward to seeing you and your wonderful knives again next year. Keep up the great work!

Very nice Mike. I like them thin and easy to handle. Thanks for sharing.
