I am fortunate enough to have a number of my works selected for this exhibit.
http://viewarts.org/Upcoming_Exhibitions.cfm  Here are a couple of the knives. I have some bows, quivers , arrows and atlatls that will be showing as well. The larger blade was made by Ben Tendick. I have hafted these into puma concolor femur and humerus.
The sheaths I have made are rawhide over vegtan. One has a cottonmouth skin inlay the other a pygmy rattler. The beads and bones tell a story for the guests to figure out.
I would like to say a big Thanks to razorback, who invited my work to this venue.

In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities. In the expert's there are few...So the most difficult thing is always to keep your beginner's mind...This is also the real secret of the arts: always be a beginner.  Shunryu Suzuki

Thanks Robin, Did you notice those rivet heads ?
After my Hickory set gave out I found the perfect tool. A Ace hex blunt in a piece of broken shafting. Perfect head set every time.

Chucks work is amazing and getting wonderful reviews from all our guests.
RoughCountry, this is very different from what we usually exhibit. The show is a wildlife art exhibit with paintings, photo's and sculpture of wildlife. The curator and I thought some traditional hunting equipment would be a nice accompaniment to the other art pieces.
If you are anywhere near Old Forge NY stop by and see the show, it will be up until the end of March, that means you Ron  :)
