i agree the knife and sheather are awesome work, the leather crafter/model is awesome and my favorite part is that BSA motorcycle shirt she has on.  i been watching bsa bikes race flat track for the last 15 years  bring back some great memories of the race track.

Looks great, really like that shell case in the handle. I've got some pistol grips that way, never thought about a blade.

SKITCH

Man Snake,.....you have a great eye and creative gift for fun details....the motorcycle chain link, the shell case, etc.  Every time I look at one of your "projects" I notice something different!  That's a special gift man!!!  Keep it up.  Do you do the leatherwork or is that your girls doing!!

real nice total package, he should be real pleased...I'd say that's some of your best work!  And being a 357 man...that's a sweet touch!

snakewood3

Wow, thanks again everyone !!!
The .357 casing end works just like a flanged bushing with a 3/16" copper pin through the primer holes. The handle gets a stepped counterbore machined in for it, see pic..
I enlist my girlfriends help on some leather carving and so forth but do most of it myself.

That is down right delightful. A whole lot of the things I like in that set up but at the same time not overdone. Is that a cotton mouth?

Panhead Johnson

She came today. Expectations exceeded. A beautiful knife with amazing leatherwork and carving. Very balanced and very sharp- The mesquite handle is perfect. The photos don't do the leatherwork justice. Everything you make is more impressive than last piece. Thanks!!!

That is an awesome knife and sheath combo!

Izzy, Thanks, and yes that is a Cottonmouth. I think the color and pattern compliment the overall look.
Panhead, Glad she got there and you are pleased. It has been a real pleasure working with you on this. I look forward to future projects. When might the bike be arriving ?
 Thanks again everyone !
