Anyone know where I could get a leather sheath for an Eskabar knife made?

Why not try Treestump Leather in Maine?

You send him the knife he can build a custom one or probably find a stock sheath he can send

What about tooling a piece of leather and gluing it to the original kydex sheath. Just something to consider.
