Hello all, Ive just finished up a Scagel/Kabar/Cheater knife and Im very happy with it but for one thing. Im looking for something to cap the pommel end with. Its a sambar roll handle and I need something about 2" x 2" to cover the end.
If I cant find a piece of damascus Ill buy a piece of sterling sheeting from a jeweler I know. For the sheath Im gonna do a leather covered kydex with a ball python inlay. This is turning out to be my dream knife. Ill post pics when the package is complete.
Please pm me if anyone has a damascus piece they could part with. Broadheads or cash to trade.

                         Thanks,Izzy

Most of the knife supply houses carry small squares of damascus for bolsters. Some of that stuff has really spectacular patterns.

Ive decided on copper or bronze to complete my knife, Im headed to the metal shop now I think it will stand out more and fit the theme more appropriately . I appreciate all of the offers and assistance as usual but Im all set. Thanks,Izzy
