I am always looking for a way to come up with different construction details on my knives to add freshness and interst. Blade is mirror polished D2 (Rockwell 60C). Handle is stabilized black walnut with thin maple laminations for accent.

Beautiful finish work!  As was said, the fit had to be time consuming!  That profile is fine from all directions, as well.
