Field knife or Fancy field.

I went simple as this is about as useful of a shape that a nife can be for, well, field use.A little To big for an EDC so you will pack it when you go out and about,in the field. It will do a tremendous amount of work, from camp to Elk chores.

I don't know what a good name would be but that is a beauty for sure.

Bladepeek

I'd be more inclined to name that damascus pattern. Beautiful!

Do you have names for some of your others? Might want to keep up a theme if you do.

Lin, how about the "Ouachita" Hunter, named after a large lake in Arkansas!

I Googled Arkansas lakes & rivers

Other good choices as well!

BTW, great looking Knife!

Lin, that is a mighty fine piece.

Although you probably make this knife with any number of differing damascus patterns or handle material, the first name that came to mind for this particular knife was "Twisted Stag".

If you are looking to name the general theme, shape, and size, then I like Steve's suggestion.

Lin,

By any name that model is amazing. I am still waiting for you to let me know when you are going to make me one.    :saywhat:

Thanks for your suggestions. I especially like The "Two Tracks Hunter" but dont want to step on Chuck's toes with that one. I might reserve that for the future.   :D   If you dont mind Chuck.

The Ouachita Hunter is a good one, but a fellow maker has that already.

I am think that this knife will be a lot of places before it's all over a done. It was made in Arkansas and it travels. Thus, I'm thinking "Arkansas Traveler Hunter". Not sure yet, What do yall think?
