I use both the carbon and the SS.  The Triflex version is a fantastic knife, but all are good.  I have one strapped to the outside of my fanny pack at all times; it's light weight and plastic sheath makes it a great mountain hunting knife.  Everyone who has used one of mine has commented on the sharpness.

Hunting should be hard.

There are lots of creative ways you can wear these knives. Even though I am not a big fan of plastic I like the "clip"-on sheath because you can wear it so many ways. Vertical, horizontal, on belt, on pants, on packs, straps, etc..

I have Mora boning and skinner. Great knifes for the price, hold an edge well, sharpen easy and are tough.

I have two of them, and they are hard working solid knives with excellent steel.  Can't beat them for the money.

Awesome, great neck knives since they are so light weight, EZ to sharpen & really hold an edge well.
"Carpe Carp" ... Seize the fish.
