Black Bear phalanx bone. Blade hafted with titanium filled epoxy. Wrapped with nickle silver wire then overwrapped with rawhide. Blade is American made 1075 and 15n20. Now for a sheath....

Very cool knife!  How do you put that patina on the bone?  I'm planning a project using a leg bone.

Fieblings leather dye, walnut husks, black tea all work well. pottassium permanaganate will also work just beaware it is a strong oxidizer.
