Ok, here is the situation. I have an antler tine that I want to put a blade in for a kneck knife. I have the blade, cut off from the tip of a butchers knife, and have cut a kerf in the antler to slide the blade into. The kerf is a little wide for the blade and what I am wondering is how will antler react to being glued with epoxy and clamped. Will it hold the shape or should I/can I heat it and have it maintain the shape.   :smileystooges:

Your second choice is much better. Copper?

Thanks Lin.
That was my thought as I was writing the post. I think copper would look real good with the antler.
Just watched and showed my daughter your Little Jonny video again, that is one fine post.
