Wow-can't wait to see all those knives waiting in the wings.  I think the wife's glad I have something I'm really enjoying-guess she was hoping I'd suddenly love mowing the yard instead....  :) .  Makes her even happier at the notion I might get good enough to try and sell some knives somewhere down the road.  I'm sticking with what you said-if I can do a hobby that helps pay for itself, that can't be a bad thing.  Take it easy and have a great weekend.

Hey Clay,

Just wanted to let you know how much I'm enjoying the hawk. I like it cuz it's light enough that you don't mind taking it along but heavy enough to do some serious choppin'. The wife and I also enjoyed the short visit we had with you guys. Thanks!

Randy

Here is the hawk on a backpack trip with my son and I.

When I was a boy scout, my scoutmaster taught me the value of a good hatchet. I have carried a 'hawk afield for decades. Your hawk will do about anything a knife will do and more. A great design. Keep makin em.

Perfect Design!  If the eyes werent a little off on my first two attempts, thats what they would (sorta) resemble!  Gorgeous!
