I just finished this one this morning. The blade is 10-1/2 inches of my damascus, the fittings are stainless and the wood is African Blackwood.

I showed that knife to my pig, and even he was impressed -- and pretty scared too!

That's a beauty!
Everything just contrasts \\ compliments perfectly. And at 10.5" it's a whopper of a chopper  :)
