Heres one hot off the forge. 3/16" thick flat ground L6 steel for the blade, wrought iron guard, with elk antler handle and a spacer of cocobolo, osage, and shedua. The wrought iron is from an old railroad spike that I found under the foundation of my house we lost back in December to a fire, so its got a bit of sentimental value in a strange way. Thats where the knife gained the name "New Beginnings". Its a sign of things to come, I'm back building knives steadily, the new house is well on its way and it feels good to be back in the shop, doing what I love. Sorry for the rant there, heres a pic. Ill take some better ones tomorrow in the natural light.

Thanks for looking.
