I am finally able time wise to start making the big knives I always have wanted to.

Here is a camp knife I finished recently.

Made from 5160, 9.5" blade, 14.5 OAL, walnut handles and nickel pin tubes.

Now I just have to make a sheath for it, and this one is staying with me!

Very nice, looks like a good heavy duty knife.  Don't blame you for keeping it.

Ron:

1/4"thick 5160, distally tapered blade and tang

9.5" long blade, 2.25" wide 14.5" overall length

handle is just under 1" at the thickest point.

Thanks for the good words guys!
