I bought the super huge Henkel kitchen knife years ago at the flee market for cheep. My wife hated it because it's 12"-14" long and just to big to peel spuds with.Over the holiday I figured I would give it a chance at a new life.Henkel brand of kitchen knives have very good forged blades and must have been a fairly good grade of steel as well.I know they won many awards for there knives in the early 1900's.So with dremmel tool in hand. Here's what I came up with.Nothing special, but lots of fun and keeps a guy out of trouble over the long holiday.bowdoc

Cool!
Looks like you could get a neck knife or two out of the rest of the blade.
