That is a very big bear, or a very small ATV. A great looking bow as well. Congratulations.

Staitera,I would guess him to weigh 300 to 325 lbs.and I rough scored his skull at 19".I've been bowhunting Black Bear for over 20 years and this one is in the top 5 largest I've shot.
