Just caught the late weather and thier talking about a east coast storm middle of next week didn't catch if it was going to be snow or rain but from the temps forcasted for around here I'd say snow.

Just went to weather.com & they're saying scattered snow showers for Selkirk on Sat. the 17th.

I'm with Francis on this one, a little snow is ok, anything over 6" or so, well, we'll just leave it at that......

A little snow would be nice....I have only had a dusting or two here....bunnies still have alot of "dark spots" to hide in.
Might head out this afternoon.....depends on how much wood I get split.

"dusting or two" I get about 4' blown across my driveway way more often than I care for I tell ya.Not much I can do about it either I don,t think th highway guys would like me puttin a snow fence up across the road LOL

Oswego area got 72" in 4 days

I hear ya swampbuck, the only good thing is the wind blew most the snow off the brush so we might be able to see a bunny at say....10 ft away this weekend. You game?

I feel bad for the deer up in Oswego, if there are any left.

As for bowhuntin bunnies this weekend I,m not sure I was kinda figurein on spendin a day with my neighbors dog too and he's not gonna carry anthing but his traditional 1100 LOL besides next week we get a load of bunny huntin with our bows in

Wow guys this thing is shaping up awesome. Damon and Jamie(Ishi) will be here on Friday helping me set up all day. We may get a late day hunt in, we will see. I will post directions from Exit 23 of the NYS Thru-way by mid-week. Tippits knife came, it is awesome. Also Frank(Sticshooter) and Shell have sent out their donation to the raffle. Didn't make it out today....spent the day trying to split elm by hand...managed to get a but of wood, so I am going out tomorrow for sure.
Im starting to fell really bad for the people and the animals getting hit with the lake effect...8+ feet....wow.
