I have looked at several sites on the web and at some leading discount stores. Looking at spending between 500-700 dollars on the camera. Any suggestions as to what dealers, sites, that have good price, reputation, customer service, ect..? Thanks.. John

I have had good luck with  B&H Photo and Video  and with  Adorama .

Just make sure that whoever you use you check out their return policy and search the web to see what other users have experienced with the store.

B&H and Adorama are both great because of their return policy.  They aren't the least expensive in many cases.

KEH Camera Brokers (www.KEH.com)is an excellent supplier of used (and new) cameras and accessories.  They are very highly rated among their customers.

There are others that I've not used but seem to have good ratings including Cameta Camera and 17th St. Photo.

B&H photo is great place, not always the cheapest.

Thanks for the advise guys. Wish I would have seen it before I ordered the camera. Ended up getting a Panasonic Lumix DMC FZ-30 from Crutchfield. Seemed to be nice folks and the feedback from customers were positive. Hope to post some good pics of New Mexico before long.
Thanks again....John
