PT bud thinks this is a pulled muscle. More rest and tiny, baby exercises! Doh! Thought I was done with this silly stuff, but I'll do them!  :(

Got to a shoot yesterday and managed to Bewy CAWFUFLLY negotiate the slippy parts, down hill slides and didn't shoot all that badly either! Yea!  

Thanks guys, now lets go focus on those with bigger problems!

It's quite manageable.I can tell it's weak as a newborn colt...but, the pain is down...just have to be bewy, bewy cawful what I do and how.

I'm doing ok this week, guys!

I have to do these maddening "baby exercises" to rehab that leg/hip muscle.  Geeze...seemed necessary after surgery, but then things went swimmingly and all of a sudden 4 mos later...whammo!          :D  

But really, I'm doing ok.  Just thought from all effort and results, I'd be much farther along for hunting season and then...this.

But I really am fine...great compared to so many on here.  Let's focus on their needs. Lord's taking care of mine if I but be paitent and be cautious! I'm so grateful it's not a recurrance of the bursitis, but just the pulled muscle from being weak. Slow but sure!

But might I add, that I think I'm glad that "I'm" not the one having to corral that bundle of energy and obvious "what can I get into next" look!
