Two Dogs

When I 1st joined I didn'tknow there were at least 2 other "two dogs" That being said, I no longer am Two dogs. Had to put down my best friend, my lab of 14 yrs. of undieing love. So there you have it, I am "two dogs" no more. Had to get it out,& I thank Mr. Beam for being  there when I needed him.Its true we don't pick them, we somehow cross paths & they pick us. thanks for listening.

I feel your pain. I was there with my 13 year old shepherd before his hips went out. He's not in pain anymore. I swore that there would not ever be another. But your right,we dont pick em,they pick us. Now my new best friend Gunner(blk. lab) is always by my side no matter what. God allows us to have more than one best friend.

Keep your name, you will again be Two Dogs,I'm sure of it.

It can be rough, lost a good hunting dog last August, and now I am down to one. Lucky he is still healthy. Know how you feel, they bring us much and ask little in return, and they are loyal to the bitter end, that's why we love them, and call them our friend.

I am sorry for your loss.   My dog is a huge family member and he has me wrapped around his big old paws.   If he can't go to heaven I don't wanna go either!!!

Sorry for your loss. Leatherneck couldn't have conveyed my thoughts better, there's much wisdom in his words.

Had to give up my own dog as a very young child...learned I had severe allergies and it was a key factor.

Seems all my life growing up and thru today, everywhere I go, I ache for that kinship, but even with meds, it's just not to be.

Them 4-legged critters just worm their way into a person's heart...even as a bystander.

My condolences for your loss.  Give yourself time and another pup might just be the thing your heart needs.  Your old friend will send one to pick you, soon enough... dogs do seem to go to heaven and work from the beyond to keep their magic alive.
The words "Child" and "terminal illness" should never share the same sentence! Those who care-do, others question!

They say people who have dogs live longer.  They have a way of relieving stress, I think!  Though they can add some too, LOL!
