Jeremy,

That is terrible news and you have my sincere condolences.  Losing a child is about as bad as things in life can get.  I can somewhat relate to your situation. My wife and I lost our infant son a couple years ago.  Not a day goes by that I don't wonder what life would be like today if he were still here.  Time does heal wounds, but there will always be a scar.  Take comfort in knowing that you'll be with him again someday.

Take care and God Belss,

John

I'm so sorry, that breaks my heart. I tragically lost my mother and sister and the only thing that got me through was the good Lord and the support of family and friends. Know that a great number of us here will be thinking of you and keeping you in our prayers, may you be comforted in this very difficult time.
Love the Lord, love your wife and kids, work hard, hunt harder

I can not imagine the pain you and your family are shouldering. You will be in my prayers for as long as the Lord sees fit.
The great bow twanged. The black arrow sped straight from the string, straight for the hollow
by the left breast where the foreleg was flung wide. In it smote and vanished, barb, shaft,
and feather, so fierce was its flight.~J.R.R. Tolkien-The Hobbit

One of the main reasons I continue to hunt is to be out in nature and visit the places that my dad and I hunted together as I was growing up...I lost my hunting partner as well...he had a LONG debilitateing bout with cancer and ended up committing suicide...I feel closest to God and my dad when I'm out hunting...In my opinion WE are all family and share in your loss...take care and God bless ...IF you ever make it out here to Colorado stop and say hello....Doug - Trails West Archery in Westcliffe CO.
