My wife and I have saved and planned for some time to be able to take a trip to the Holy Land. Tomorrow, December 1st those plans come to fruition. We will spend the next 9 days traveling throughout Israel visiting places we have only read about in scripture. Jerusalem, Bethlehem, Nazareth, The Sea of Galilee, Tiberius, Golgotha, etc. It will be a once in a lifetime experience.

Please pray for us to have a safe journey and y'all keep the campfire lit till I return.

Oh to walk some of the same trails that our Savior walked would be awesome. I would bet that you could feel His presents even till this day as you look upon the places that He prayed for us even back then. When He prayed for us in;
John 17:20 "I do not pray for these alone but also for those who will believe in Me through their words. "He was thinking of us even then.

As you walk thru the country where Christ gave us eternal life thru His death I would ask that you also think of us here. That when you get back please share this experience with us and those feelings you while you were looking upon where He stood or knelt when He prayed or preached. What a blessing you are about to receive. Thanks for asking us to lift you up. God bless you and yours.......Dusty

i pray you have a good and safe trip. i'm happy to hear you and your wife are going, or gone. you already know you wil be on GODS chosen land, it would not only be exciting to know your where jesus walked, but where he will return for the final battle. even though we all walk beside him everyday it would have to be a true blessing to go there. i've always wanted to myself, if it's GODS will. i pray for your safty, especially with so many nuts surrounding the whole city. oops! i forgot, your covered by his blood. look forward to hearing of your trip. our love and prayers are with you.
