Got a note from our own Dave Leuscher in Ga. His mom has had a number of problems in the past year or two and now fell and broke her spine or backbone or something along her 220V line.

:(

He was headed down to FL to be with her as he always does when trouble arises.

Let's keep them both in prayer for God's wisdom and healing, peace and comfort, and safe travels for Dave.

Keep the Son in your eyes, Dave, and that sugar down!

Will do. I feel for him as he attends to his Mom's needs. I bet it's tuff to be so far away from her in this time of need. Lord keep them in your arms and hold them thru this time of need. Please protect Dave in his travels and time away from his family. We know you are in control of all things and can only trust you to keep us focused. We love you and ask these things in your name. Amen........Thanks Doc for bring this to our attention....Still praying for Pop too..........Dusty

But his bow will remain steady, and his hands will be skillful; because of the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob, because of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel,  (Genesis 49:24 [NETfree])

doc please tell dave we're praying for his mom

I don't think he has internet connection at her place, but he's on here pretty faithfully. Hopefully, he'll get her stabilized soon and can return home and find your prayers and report on her condition.

Find a computer in the hospital Mom had surgery this morning and everything like fine at this time. It will take a long time to heal. Thanks for all your prayers and I appreicate you people are just like my second family.

Good to hear surgery went well, Dave.  Prayers for healing for your Mom and a good recuperation.

Now YOU take care of that sugar stuff and stay healthy yourself!

Keep the Son in your eyes, Bro!

Moms doing better and will be released to home care Monday or Tuesday. Appricate all your prayers. Got home last night at 11p and just got off the phone with Mom and she is doing great. My sisters and niece will be her for the next few weeks. I am praying for everyone who has needs posted on this forum.

Good to have you home in GAWGA, bro! Rest up and find some peace.  Raising parents can be exhausting!  :)

Prayers of gratitude that your Mom is doing as well as she is! Prayers for your sister and niece to do well in caring for her for a while!

Blessing on ya, bro
