They told me that for 6+ months...was really a torn rotator. Lost the whole winter/spring to rehab and didn't find the right answer till end of Aug... lost 3/4 of bow season.

Ask for a dye-mri. That tells if it's a torn rotator w/out a doubt! FWIW
