This coming Friday morning, my grandson Andrew will be having a pacemaker installed. He will be 19 months old on October 14. This will be taking place at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville TN. Prayers please for God's guidance of the surgeons hands and for Andrew and his family and friends. Also, my mother-in-law is waiting for results from her recent colonoscopy and surgery. Prayers for her healing. Thanks, Mike

But his bow will remain steady, and his hands will be skillful; because of the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob, because of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel,  (Genesis 49:24 [NETfree])

A quick update-the pacemaker surgery went well and Andrew is doing fine. He will most likely be released tomorrow (Monday) morning. Mom and Dad, as well as all of the aunts, uncles, grandparents and great grandparents are exhausted, but we all have some peace and praise God for His Blessings. Also my mother-in-law's tests came back and there is no cancer! God is good, all the time. All the time, God is good! Mike

The doctor's did release Andrew this morning. A lot of stress on Mom and Dad, but Andrew's  restrictions are really very few. Continued prayers for healing! Thanks again to all and God bless-Mike

Thank You, Jesus! Best news I've read in a long time on all counts...

Keep the Son in your eyes. To him the glory!

Just think of the bright future for Andrew. By the time he's 20 I bet medical science will be able to fix whatever he has permanently without a pacemaker. He's just beating a path to his future in the meantime.
God bless him and you too
