Prayers for a child needed.

My wifes supervisor was telling me that her 1 year old nephew was having open heart surgery yesterday and she requested prayers for him. I am ashamed that I forgot to put this request on here yesterday. Please pray for his recovery.

Update:
I spoke to the lady who told me about this and she said that they found nine holes in his heart that needed repair. They closed them but two came open the next day and his BP spiked. The doctor told the family that if he lived for six more weeks they could try to close the two again but his heart was too weak at that time.

They passed the word along on the prayer chain and the next morning his heart rate and BP had stabilized and he is doing so well that the doctors feel the next surgery can now wait for a year until he is a lot stronger.

God is good!

This child is back in the hospital with complications and this lady has a cousin who is having some serious medical issues. Please continue to pray. Thanks.
