about 5 days ago i severly injured my back while playing at the summer camp i'm working at. i'm in a lot of pain and although it's not broken, there maybe some long term damage and  other things we don't know about yet

Motormouth.  I have been suffering with a back condition for the past 25 years.  I hurt it when I was in the military 25 years ago and have been suffering with it since.  Beleive me when I say that it does not get any better but if you are strong, have the right people helping you through this and if you are emotionally strong you WILL get throught it and learn to live with it.  I have a very suportive new boss that helps me whenever I need the help and it is not a problem living with it.  You will learn to cope as well.  Keep a stiff upper lip and be strong.  This is your life and it will be what you make of it.  Take vcare and be strong.  if you want to chat.  email me.
