Whatever lucky guy ordered this bow from his local Bear dealer back in 1969/1970 sure had good taste. The ultimate target/practice and hunting setup.
This package doesn't appear to have seen the light of day for some time and the Bear Travel Takedown Case certainly did it's job protecting it for all these years.

Today might have been the first day limbs were ever snapped into this handle....

Hunting was hazardous, but at least it guaranteed the freedom of the individual.

There is no doubt that the onset of farming saw the end of leasure for the majority of people, who were destined to toil in the fields.

Thanks Guys.

Unfortunately as of right now I don't have any story/background on it. I purchased it from Florida and I am trying to get any information on it.

If I am lucky enough to dig up any facts on it I will be sure to post them up.

I hate you Nick, LOL. I have been looking for one with no luck. The #2 limbs making a 58" bow and 55# are a perfect choice.
